Archiving forms helps keep your workspace arranged without permanently deleting valuable records.

If a project has finished, or if your Register View becomes cluttered with too many forms, you can archive forms to remove them from the main view and store them in the archived section.

Archive a Single Form

  1. Go to the relevant folder or subfolder.

  2. Go to the template where the form/s are.

  3. Navigate directly to the form you wish to archive.

    • Timeline View:

      • Select the form.

      • Open the form and click the Archive button

    • Register View:

      • Toggle to Register View.

      • Select the form.

    • On mobile:

Tap the three dots (⋮) then select Archive.

Bulk Archive Multiple Forms

  1. Go to the relevant folder or subfolder.

  2. Go to the template of the forms.

  3. Navigate directly to the forms you wish to archive then click Archive

    1. Tick the top-left checkbox to select all, or

    2. Tick individual forms.

Who Can Archive Forms? (Permissions)

  • Org, Project, and Team Members can only archive/restore/delete the forms they personally created

  • Org, Project, and Team Controllers can archive/restore/delete any form in the workspace

Where Archived Forms Go

Archived forms are hidden from your active list but remain fully accessible. You can view them at any time by toggling to the Archived tab.

⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend you do not delete forms. These may not be recoverable. Archiving is the safer option to keep historical records available while keeping your workspace clean.
