Dashpivot Updates
📍 Location table cell in the Dashpivot mobile app
With this new table cell feature, you will be able to capture your location in forms using your mobile device's GPS coordinates. This can be used to log location in timesheets or in defect reports, etc, ensuring more accurate reporting and improved efficiency.
📄 Copy and paste content in default tables
You can now copy and paste data across default tables in Dashpivot. Data can be copied from spreadsheets or documents and Dashpivot will populate selections for linked or manually typed lists. This makes transferring data much faster and easier.
➕ Bulk invite users by CSV upload
With this new feature you will be able to upload a CSV file of user email addresses to bulk add users into a folder. This allows you to quickly and easily add a list of new users into your Dashpivot workspace.
🗺️ New GPS status indicator and improved location accuracy for photos
We've made several improvements to GPS location capturing when taking photos. Location accuracy has been improved, and you can now see whether your location is being detected, along with a preview of your coordinates at the time of capture.
📂 View current and subfolder users in a combined list
You can now view users in a folder and its subfolders in a single, combined list within the Users module at the Home and Project levels. This allows you to see everyone with access without switching between pages.
Gearbelt Updates
⚙️ Rename Faults to Issues
With this update, we’ve renamed “Faults” to “Issues” across Gearbelt to better cover a wider range of scenarios that can be reported by operators - from asset damage to tasks like cleaning an asset. This also sets us up for future telematics integrations using machine fault codes.
✨ User management update
With this update, we’ve simplified user management in Gearbelt by combining contacts and admin users into a single place. This sets the foundation for future improvements, including more permission types, restrictions, and access to the native Sitemate mobile app.
