Dashpivot Updates
❄️ Freeze header row in default tables
You can now freeze the header row for default tables in Dashpivot templates. This update ensures that these rows remain visible while scrolling, making it easier to reference information and fill out large tables efficiently.
✨ List Property Table Cell in prefilled tables
You can now auto-fill table cells in Prefilled Tables using List Property values. This is ideal for use cases where linked information improves accuracy, like stakeholder details, expiry dates, cost codes, and more.
Currently available in Beta on the Dashpivot Website only.
📂 Dashpivot navigation update
This update brings a smoother, more focused navigation experience to your workspace. You can now collapse or expand the main navigation to better focus on your folders. Breadcrumbs display your current location with a clear folder path at the top of the page. Plus, the new module side panel gives you quick access to all your modules and tabs in one dedicated space.
✏️ Template editor navigation update
This release refreshes the UI and updates the template editor with three distinct sections: Edit, Preview, and Settings. You can now update the template name and ID directly from the header.
📱 Create, assign, and track Actions on mobile
Following the launch of the Actions feature on the Dashpivot website, this latest update brings Actions to the Dashpivot mobile app. You can now create, edit, assign, and track actions directly from your mobile device, allowing you to stay on top of Actions while on site or in the office.
↕️ Support for sorting by text and plain date fields
Following the release on the Dashpivot website, you can now sort forms on the Dashpivot mobile app by Single Text and Plain Date fields. These sorting options are configured in the template editor on the Dashpivot website, making it easier for your team to find, filter, and navigate forms efficiently while on site.
Sitemate App Updates
🤳 Scan QR posters from device camera
This update will allow you to quickly add forms to the Sitemate mobile app using your built-in camera rather than opening up the app first.
Gearbelt Updates
🏷️ Improved issues drawer, tagging, and tracking
We’ve upgraded the Issues module to give you more structure and flexibility - add tags for better filtering, use the redesigned drawer to edit issues easily, and track exactly who made what changes.
Flowsite Updates
🔗 Microsoft Power Platform integration
You can now connect Dashpivot to the Microsoft Power Platform, making your Dashpivot form data available in tools like Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
⚙️ New Flow Status control in settings
This new feature allows you to adjust the status of your flow to either Active or Paused. This functionality provides you with greater control over the execution of your automated processes.
