You might check a flow status in Flowsite to confirm it's running correctly, troubleshoot issues, or review activity during audits. If something hasn't synced to the connected tool, checking whether the flow is Active, Paused or in Draft mode can help identify the cause.
Switching a flow between Active, Paused and Draft gives you control over when automation runs. You may pause a flow during setup, testing, or set is as Draft if your flow isn't ready to go live just yet. Once everything is ready, you can set the flow to Active to resume syncing your data.
To check a flow status, follow these steps:
1. Access your Flowsite workspace via https://flowsite.com/auth/login
2. Navigate to the 'Flows' section
3. Select the relevant flow you'd like to check
4. Navigate to the Settings section
5. You'll see the status of your flow under 'Flow Status' on the far-right. In the example below, the flow is Active
To update a flow status, follow these steps:

2. Using the Active/Paused/Draft dropdown, set the status to your desired option
3. Click 'Save' in the top right corner to save your change
