Dashpivot Updates
↕️ Navigation Updates
We’ve updated Dashpivot’s navigation to make workflows faster and smoother. You can now manage and add new Tabs or Templates from the new secondary navigation bar without switching screens. Folders can also be expanded or collapsed, and they’ll now load automatically as you scroll for easier browsing.
🗄️ Form Archiving
You can now archive forms to keep your workspace clean without permanently deleting important records. Restore them from your archived folders anytime, or hit delete when you’re ready to say goodbye for good.
🗂️ Actions in the Form Register View
Actions created in forms will now appear in the register view and are included when you export forms to CSV or PDF.
📏 XXXL Table Column Width
You can now use an XXXL (extra extra extra large) table column width to view longer fields and detailed information with ease. Available in Beta for both Prefilled and Default tables on the Dashpivot website only.
📆 'Last Active' Date Column in Users Page
Stay on top of user activity with the new 'Last Active' column. Now you can see exactly when each team member was last active in your workspace, making it easier to spot inactive users and keep your workspace up to date.
Sitemate App Updates
📶 Offline Form Submissions Support
Complete and submit forms without an internet connection. Once a form’s QR code has been scanned at least once while online, users can continue scanning, filling out, and submitting forms offline, whether it’s a single or ongoing submission. All forms automatically upload once reconnected, ensuring uninterrupted work even in low- or no-reception environments.
Gearbelt Updates
✅ New Pass/Fail/NA Field
The new Pass/Fail/NA field replaces the previous check field with a smarter, more integrated option built for Sitemate mobile. When an operator selects 'Fail', they can instantly create an issue with a title, severity, and more, and any existing issues are automatically surfaced to prevent duplicates. This update streamlines inspections and prepares Gearbelt for full offline mobile support.
⚙️ Unit Reading Field
The new Unit Reading field replaces separate hours and kilometre fields with a single, smarter input. It supports decimals, displays the last recorded reading, and warns operators if the entered value looks unusual. Operators can now submit both higher and lower readings, with all entries logged against the asset profile for full accountability.
Flowsite Updates

You can now automate exporting Dashpivot Actions data to Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform using Flowsite hosted source.
