Dashpivot’s free public template library contains ready-made, editable templates you can add to your workspace to align processes and save setup time. This guide explains how to browse and use those templates directly from within Dashpivot.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Any Dashpivot Plan
Permission: atleast a Team Member
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Computer or Table
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Public Template Library directly
Open the Templates section in a Team folder or the Template Library in the Home Folder.
Select All Templates.
Click Add template.
Select Use the free public template.
Browse the public template library.
Select a template.

Click Use template to add it to your workspace.
View Public Templates while building or editing a template
Open the Templates section in a Team folder or the Template Library in the Home Folder.
Select All Templates.
Click Add template.
Select Build your own.
Select a template type (Timeline or Workflow)
Click Browse free templates.
Select a public template.
Note: If you select one of our public templates, you can overwrite the existing template to automatically copy its field into your new template.
Simply click Use template.
This will overwrite your current fields. Click 'Continue' to confirm.
