Archiving helps keeps your workspace clean, without losing records.

When a project finishes, and your team moves on to new projects, you'll want to archive the folder(s) containing records from that project.

You can do so by selecting the checkbox next to the relevant folder & clicking 'Archive Folder'. You can select multiple folders at a time, if you'd like to do this in bulk.

By archiving folders, you are hiding them from your 'Active' folders list in the sidebar. You can still access archived folders and the content within them by toggling to the 'Archived' tab at the bottom of the sidebar.

Note: We strongly recommend you do NOT delete folders, as you will lose all information contained within them, and any associated analytics references. This content may not be able to be recovered.
