How to create an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link
Note: only Team Controllers, Project Controllers and Organisation Controllers can create Sitemate Links.
Go to the Users section at the Team folder level
Go to 'Sitemate Paid Users'
Click 'Create Link'
Give the link a name and select the relevant templates (yes, you can create a multiple)
Click create
From there, you can distribute the link to the relevant people to click on and submit, or print a QR code poster for anyone to scan to gain access and submit forms.
