Single Submission Sitemate Links can provide anyone with access to submit a single form for one or more templates, via the Sitemate app without a Dashpivot account.

How to create a Single Submission Sitemate Link
Note: only Team Controllers, Project Controllers and Organisation Controllers can create Sitemate Links.
Go to the Templates section
Toggle to the Links view
Click 'Create Link'
Give the link a name and select the relevant templates (yes, you can create a multiple)
From there, you can distribute the link to the relevant people to click on and submit, or print a QR code poster for anyone to scan to gain access and submit a form.
