When someone scans a QR code, their smartphone will open a web page in their browser with the link displayed and a button to install the Sitemate app. They will need to install the Sitemate app to fill out and submit the forms

The Sitemate app is free to install and is available for iOS and Android devices (including tablets). Once installed, only takes a minute to sign up and create a free profile.

Once installed, the user can open the app and enter the link via the 'Home' or 'Forms' tabs. When the link is submitted, the user will gain access to the associated templates.

From there they can start to fill out and submit forms via the Sitemate app.
