The information displayed in the headers of your forms is standardised and appears on all forms created with Dashpivot. This article explains which parts can be customised.

Logo

Your company logo can be uploaded or changed by going to your Home Folder > Settings

Brand colour

The coloured line separating the header from the body of the form can be adjusted by going to your Home Folder > Settings

Meta Data

The information on the right side of the header displays meta data about the form you're viewing. It's best practice in document control to include this information so that if the form is downloaded/printed (taken out of Dashpivot, your system of record), then you can trace back and find the original form in Dashpivot, just by looking at the information in the header.

Dashpivot is designed to work as your system of record and as a result, the meta data in the header cannot be removed. However, some values will vary based on the folder and ID, which you can change.

Project and Team

This refers to the folder the form is created within. The names of these folders can be changed in the sidebar.

TemplateID

This is the unique ID of the template, it can be changed by editing the template and going to the Settings tab.

Template version

Unable to be modified. The version is up-rev'd automatically each time someone edits the template and saves a new version.

Form version

Unable to be modified. The version is up-rev'd automatically each time someone makes a change on the form and saves it.
