Dashpivot Updates
👤 Project Member Permissions
We've introduced a new permission type called 'Project Member' which can be assigned at project folder level, giving you more options and user management controls.
The new permission type is similar to the existing 'Team Member' in team folders, except this the new permission is administered at project folder level. Project Members will get access to the project folder and all team folders within it, but will have restrictions on what they can create and edit - they cannot manage users, create/edit template, or create/edit team folders.
✏️ Typed Signature option
In addition to the existing methods of drawing and uploading a signature, you can now opt for a typed font signature. This enables you to quickly create a neat signature for your profile. To use this option, click 'Edit Profile' in the top right of the screen, and click 'Edit Signature'.
🔍 Filter by Yes/No fields in the forms register
In the forms register in Dashpivot, you can now filter by all Yes/No fields, giving you more ways to search through your data and find what you need. We've also enabled filtering by text cells in tables, and have more options coming soon!
Flowsite Updates
🔐 User access controls
You can now invite users to Flowsite workspaces via the Users module, to collaborate on setting up integration connections and automation flows. And it's possible to remove someone's access when required, but note - this will not affect their Dashpivot access.
⏰ Hourly sync option for Excel and Power BI integrations
If you are using Flowsite to sync Dashpivot data to Excel or Power BI, we've now introduced an hourly sync option. This is in addition to existing options of 4 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours.
