Permission: Permission to edit templates in the relevant folder

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the relevant template in the Template Editor.
Locate the available Text field options in the field list.
Select the type of text field you want to use:
Single Line Text – Allows one line of written input and supports hyperlinks.
Multi Line Text – Allows written input across multiple lines for longer responses.
Prefilled Text – Displays preset written content that cannot be edited by form users.
Click into the field label to update the label text if required.
If using Prefilled Text, apply formatting such as headings, bold text, italic text, underline, lists, hyperlinks, or images as needed.
