In our form builder, we have the option to add a Sketch field.

This allows users to freely draw, add shapes & insert text directly into the designated section. It also enables you to select multiple elements for rearrangement and delete shapes/items if needed.

By default, the field label is set to 'Sketch'. However you can customise it by clicking directly into the field.
