Dashpivot Updates
⏱️ List performance improvements
In this update we've continued to improve the loading performance of the list section, which is noticeably better for scrolling through large lists with lots of properties. We've also refreshed the design of some areas to upgrade the experience of navigating lists.
💳 Billing settings updates
We've made some changes to the Home Folder settings module, to distinguish which settings are workspace-specific, and which settings apply to your Sitemate Start Account - which covers your subscriptions & billing, global settings and security (eg. SSO).
💳 PDF Export size reduction
Our PDF exports are now much smaller, and we've increased the amount of data that can be exported within a single PDF form, allowing upwards of 500 photos per form to be able to be exported.
Sitemate App Updates
🔄 QR code refresh on user profile
The QR code displayed on the Sitemate ID Card will now refresh every minute. This is one step closer to ensuring the validity of the QR code, and we’ll be expanding on this in future releases to prevent misuse during the scan in/out process.
🚮 Bulk remove forms
In the Sitemate app, you can now bulk remove the forms available on your device by clicking the '...' icon in the top right, and clicking "Remove all forms' which will remove everything in the Forms tab. To regain access to those forms, you'll need to re-scan the QR code on a Sitemate forms poster, or re-enter the associated link.
Flowsite Updates
🔌 Quickbooks invoice integration
This feature will allows data from tables in Dashpivot forms to automatically populate line items in an invoice in Quickbooks. This would replace any manual work transferring data from dockets, job sheets or timesheets from Dashpivot into Quickbooks invoices.
🎨 Interface improvements
We've updated the look and feel of the connections and flows modules on the Flowsite website to make it easier to understand, navigate, setup and use.
