In Dashpivot, you can bulk export forms as a register view, to a CSV file. This is helpful to generate analytic reports in Excel, Powerbi or other external data analytics tool.

There are 2 download options with regards to the CSV export:

  • Download visible register view columns only: This option will download all the visible columns in the register, as you see it on the screen

  • Download all columns: This option will download all the columns in the register view, including hidden ones

Note: You'll also need to specify if you want your export in the Standard vs Autofill Data format - Learn about the differences here

To export your register as CSV, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the relevant template register view

  2. Select the checkboxes of the forms you need, on the left hand-side

  3. Select Export CSV and choose the type of download
