The majority of fields from a template are visible when exporting forms as a register, however a couple are not. This is also dependent on whether you are exporting as PDF or CSV.
Below is a list of the fields that aren't visible in the PDF register export:
Prefilled & Default tables - only the table name will appear in the export
Prefilled text
Scan Sitemate ID entries
The physical signature from any Signature field
The name, time and date will be displayed in the register
Sketch field

Note:
The information will still be accessible via Dashpivot and other PDF & CSV export options will allow you to see this information
For data mapping purposes for integrations, keep in mind that the register columns will appear as below:
Fields -> Column Name = $FieldName
Tables -> Column Name = $TableName - $ColumnName
