In our form builder, we have the option to add a person field.

On a form, the person field allow you to select, from a dropdown list, the name of any Dashpivot user who has been added to that team folder.

Note: When using this field in a Workflow template, you'll also have the option to set up a specific notification for that selected user, when the form lands in the specified column. Learn more about how to set these variable notifications up.

This includes both internal contributors and visitors (but excludes pending invites).

By default, the field label is set to 'Person'. However you can customise it by clicking directly into the field.
