On the Sitemate App, you can see a history of any forms you have submitted or been scanned onto.

To access these records, open the Sitemate App & select the Activity tab at the bottom.

On the right hand side of each form, you'll be able to see if you submitted the form, or whether you were signed on with your ID.

To view the form, simply select it to open a view-only copy.

Note: You are unable to amend any previously submitted forms.
