You are unable to move any forms between folders in Dashpivot. This applies to both forms created via Sitemate and Dashpivot.

Form/Template name or Template ID
What folder(s) are the forms in currently
What folder(s) do they need to move to
Which specific form(s) need to be moved e.g between certain date range, by a particular user etc.
