This article delves into the configuration of your header and footer for your PDF exports. Learn how to access these settings, and how to customise your header/footer.
As a general guideline, if certain fields are not visible on the form, they will not be included in the PDF download.
Additionally, the content displayed in the header and footer of the PDF download is contingent on the template settings for those forms. If the fields within the header/footer are deactivated or not configured to display in the template's header/footer settings, they will be excluded from both the form and the downloaded PDF.
You can find the header/footer settings in the template editor below;
You can remove and/or reorganise the various fields appearing in the header and footer. You can also disable the Template Name and Form creator and creation time from being visible.
Additionally, you can add pre-filled information, such as your company ABN - please note that the pre-filled text option is limited to 24 characters (including spaces) for header/footer settings.
