Presence Visualization

Written by DataFromSky

Presence Visualization automatically highlights spatial elements (zones, gates, directional gates, and traffic lanes) based on the number of objects currently detected within them. When enabled, the configuration is applied globally across all analytics and spatial elements. This feature is available under Block -> Settings -> Presence visualization.

Coloring

Coloring rules define how object counts are translated into visual highlights. Define value ranges and associated colors. When the number of detected objects within a spatial element falls within the defined range, corresponding coloring is applied to it directly in the Analytics Definition view. Individual ranges must not overlap.

Highlight Persistence defines how long a highlight remains after presence is no longer detected. The actual duration is aligned to the next tick interval and may be slightly longer than the configured value.

Individual spatial elements can override the global Presence Visualization settings with their own color configuration. In their Coloring settings, their coloring may follow outputs of any used widget or element on the canvas
