To make sure your traffic data exports have the correct time you can change the start time of the video by saving it into the specific tlgx trajectory file. See the images below to see how to do it.
Go to Tracking Log/ Show Tracking Log Info...
2. Go to the Data and Time: and adjust the time and date as needed.
