The DatumXpress templates were built with proprietary algorithms that enable sync into QuickBooks Online. The templates are designed to help organize your data faster as well as minimize and detect errors.

Simply fill them out, ensure all required data has been input and upload them through the main dashboard. Note: all Type 1 data must be input before other templates are sent through the dashboard.

Type 1: Account Configuration Templates

These one-time account configuration templates are used to set-up new client accounts on QuickBooks Online or to update core account information (e.g. adding a new vendor or customer). This data must be uploaded and synced through the dashboard first.

Type 2: Operating Templates

These are ongoing operating templates. All type 1 data has to be synced into QuickBooks before Type 2 data can be pushed through.

Bills, Invoices, Journal Entries and Purchase Orders allow you to set entries are recurring.

Type 3: Accrual Automation Templates

These templates allow you to automate your accrual schedules for amortization, depreciation and prepaid assets.

Simply fill in the variable data and the templates will auto-populate the revenue schedules.
