🎨 Booking Site Design
These instructions explain how to find your booking link, preview your booking site, and customize its appearance directly within the Cloud.

On the Booking Site Design tab you will see the following options:
Manage your website: If you have website builder enabled this link will allow you to edit your website appearance.
Direct Booking Link: A direct link to your booking website.
Integrate with external website: A toggle to access your Booking Plugin Code to be embedded on an external website.
Booking Site Preview: A preview of the styling applied to your booking plugin in real time before saving.
Customize Color: Choose from preset color themes or select your own using the Advanced Color Picker.

From the Online Booking Settings tab, you can configure:
Require Approval: Choose whether appointments must be reviewed before confirmation.
Require Card to Book: Toggle on/off based on your payment preferences.
Allow Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their own appointments online (when enabled).
Allow Cancellation: Let clients cancel through their online account.
Booking Time Window: Set minimum and maximum notice windows for online booking.
Appointment Intervals: Choose appointment time increments for availability display.

Organize how services and employees appear on your booking site:
Employee Order: Rearrange staff display order easily.
Service Order: Reorder services or categories directly in the same window.
Show Prices: Toggle price visibility for online visitors.
Show All Online / Custom Visibility: Choose to show all services or select specific ones.
Save or Revert Changes: The system will prompt you to save if updates are made.

Previously linked to card requirements, the Cancellation Policy can now be managed independently.
Add or edit your salon’s cancellation terms directly under this tab.
This setting is always available—whether or not you require payment information.

Manage notification preferences just like before but now, all within Cloud:
Customize Accepted or Rejected Appointment email messages.
Assign notifications to a specific employee or multiple recipients.
Add additional employees to receive booking notifications.
Schedule which employee handles appointment requests by default.

This section explains recent navigation updates for Online Booking. You’ll learn where to find the new settings in Cloud, how legacy pages redirect to the updated version, and where users can still access the old site if needed.

The Online Booking item under Add-ons → Settings has been removed to simplify access.
The previous Online Booking Preferences page will now redirect to the new Cloud version.
You can still access the legacy site temporarily through Manage Online Booking under your user profile if needed.
Users without Website Builder will see a link to the legacy site along with an option to upgrade.

Create an Online Booking Website
These instructions will help you create and set up an Online Booking website for your business that allows clients to book and request appointments that sync directly and automatically with your software.

There are two methods to navigate to Online Booking...
Creating a New Booking Website:
Log into the cloud software and navigate to Settings ( More > Settings)
On the left, click Add-ons and select Online Booking
Click Sign Up, log-in to your account management page.
Under Services, select +Add On under Online Booking to get started
Edit an Existing Booking Website:
Log into the cloud software and navigate to your name in the top right.
A dropdown will appear, select Manage Online Booking.
Once your website appears, skip to "Editing Your Website" of this article for next steps.
Set-Up Booking Website Feature
When you're ready to sign up for the feature, you can begin building the basics of your website.

Choose an account name for your website address. Most businesses use their name (all one word) at the beginning of the website address. Click on Check Availability to verify that your account name is not already taken by another business. If it's already taken, you must choose a name that is available.
You will be given an opportunity to change your selected name or continue the setup process. If you are satisfied with your website URL, click Continue Setup. Otherwise, choose Change Name to pick something else.
Pick a theme for your site. Everything on your site can be customized to match your style, but selecting a pre-designed theme will help get you started. Use the magnifying glass icon to see a preview of any available theme. If you will be doing a lot of customization, it may be best to choose a theme like Simplicity since it's very basic.
Click on Finish! Create Website. This may take a couple minutes. This completes the setup of your website. Click the Continue to Edit Your Website button if you would like to start making changes and modifying your preferences now. Otherwise, your site is live with all the default settings and clients can start requesting appointments. The next section provides some helpful starting tips for getting started with your website.
