Automatic ejection is triggered through our remote printer integration.

Barcode Scanners

Users are able to use a barcode scanner to scan products at checkout time to save time. These devices are really easy to set up; as long as they are plugged in, they should work as expected.

A portable device that allows the customer to scan all of their inventory and then sync the information that was scanned with the software on the computer.

If you experience hardware issues, start with these quick checks:

  • πŸ”„ Restart the device – Turn it off and back on.

  • πŸ”Œ Reconnect cables – Unplug and plug back in to ensure solid connections.

  • πŸ“Έ Scanner check – Scan any barcode and confirm values appear.

  • πŸ–¨οΈ Printer test – Perform a test print to your receipt or sticker printer outside of the software.

  • πŸ’΅ Cash drawer check – Ensure the drawer is unlocked and connected to the receipt printer.
