๐ Accessing Marketing Suite
Marketing Suite is a connected add-on rather than a page inside your main dashboard. You access it from your account using your existing login, with no separate username or password to remember. Once you're in, you'll see the Marketing Suite sidebar with all of the features above.
๐ด Reviewer note (updated): Confirmed โ Marketing Suite is accessed via SSO using your existing TeamUp login. Once the Marketing Suite billing item is added, the account auto-provisions after a short delay and a login link then appears in the TeamUp dashboard (a manual provisioning trigger exists in internal tools as a fallback). Staff access is gated by admin/owner-granted SSO permission, so the login link only appears for permitted users. The setup UI and exact in-dashboard placement are still being built โ add the final navigation path and screenshots before publishing.
๐ค How Marketing Suite Works With Your Member Data
Your customers appear in Marketing Suite as contacts automatically, so there's no need to export and re-import your member list. Your TeamUp account stays the source of truth for your member records, and as people enquire, attend, and purchase, their details stay up to date, ready for you to segment and target with campaigns.
๐ด Reviewer note (updated): The sync is now scoped in the TeamUp ร Vendasta CRM PRD. Confirmed for v1: the sync is one-way (TeamUp โ Marketing Suite) with TeamUp as the source of truth; member details plus lifecycle and engagement signals (e.g. CRM status, attendance, membership state) sync across. New contacts created in Marketing Suite (forms, web chat, manual entry) are designed to be created back in TeamUp as a new lead โ creation only, with duplicate emails suppressed; bulk-imported lists are intended not to be pushed into TeamUp. โ ๏ธ This back-sync is still in development and pending a Vendasta API confirmation (PRD OQ-5). Marketing Suite is a paid add-on that builds on top of that with email campaigns, automated workflows, a unified inbox, and an AI receptionist. The two work together rather than replacing each other.
Do I need a website to use Marketing Suite?

Most of Marketing Suite works without a website. A website is needed for the AI chat widget and embedded lead forms, since these are installed on your site's pages.
Will Marketing Suite change how my regular account works?
