This is the time it will take for the team to create the content as well as go through the review / approval process before it is pushed live.
Request Lead Time:
This is the timeline that something needs to be requested in order for the team to have it completed by the date you need it.

Some of the times listed may be longer due to a more in-depth review process where additional stakeholders need to provide feedback before we can push something live.
These timelines may start to decrease once the team has finished some higher priority items and have gotten into a groove of utilizing the new tools.

The product tours are in-app pop-ups that assist customers with understanding how to navigate through a process within the databases.

💡 It's possible that a dev ticket will need to be created as part of the Product Tours creation process, which will increase the timeline.
🎬Feature Release Videos
These are the videos that have more of a "marketing" feel and are less instructional when announcing a new feature.
