Checkout Using Saved Card on File - Website

  1. Click on the appointment from the Appointment Book.

    • If you do not see the appointment, go to Appointment List at the upper right and use the search filters.

    • You can also go to Checkout at the top, select your appointment, then proceed to step 4.

  2. Click Appt Details

    • If the client is already Checked In, click Check Out and proceed to step 5

  3. Use the Actions drop-down menu from the top right

  4. Click Checkout

  5. From Checkout, click Proceed to Payments

  6. Under Payment Methods, you'll find the Saved Cards section

  7. Click on Use this card

  8. Confirm the amount and click Process Card

  9. A window will pop up to process the card

  10. Once complete, click Close Ticket

Checkout Using Saved Card on File - Mobile

  1. From Checkout, tap Credit Card under Add Payment

  2. Under Cards On File, tap the existing card

  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to charge the card on file. Tap Yes to proceed.

  4. You'll then have the option to add a tip using the saved card or select No Tip to skip this step.

  5. Once you've made your selection for tip, the card will be charged, and the transaction will be complete!
