Refund Policy:
I acknowledge that payments are non-refundable.
The payment will be processed as a one-time, lifetime fee at the time of sign-up.
There will be no recurring charges or re-billing beyond the initial payment.
My account will remain active for the lifetime of the product, with no additional payments required.
Account Management:
I am solely responsible for managing my account.
If I choose to cancel, I understand the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. A new account must be purchased to resume the service.
Authorized Payment Methods:
I agree to use only my own credit card(s) for payments.
I understand that using a credit card not registered in my name may result in permanent account closure.
Charge Disputes:
I agree not to dispute any charges.
In the event of a charge dispute, the amount will be sent to collections, and I will be responsible for any associated collection and legal fees.
Billing for Additional Services:
Charges for extra sessions or upgraded market depth will expire at the end of the calendar month, irrespective of the initial subscription date.
I must manually renew these additional services each month if desired.
Authorization and Accuracy:
I authorize DayTraders to process payments through their merchant account using my credit card.
I confirm that all information I have provided, including my name and personal details, is accurate and truthful.
Logins/user accounts per household:
I understand there may only be one (1) user account per household. If you have nuanced questions about affiliate or household questions, please reach out to support.
By purchasing accounts, I acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
