Pro Account Limit
You can hold up to 15 funded accounts total at any given time.
This total includes:
Pro Static accounts
Pro Trailing (Dynamic) accounts
S2L accounts
S2F accounts
S2F Limit
A maximum of 5 S2F accounts is allowed within your total funded accounts
S2F Accounts – Straight to Funded
In addition to Pro accounts, traders can now opt for S2F (Straight to Funded) accounts. These accounts allow you to skip the evaluation phase and begin trading in a simulated funded environment right away.
Unlike Pro accounts, S2F accounts have their own rules and payout requirements, including drawdown structure, daily minimums, and profit expectations. Please see below for S2F-specific details.
S2F Account Limits:
You may hold up to 5 active S2F accounts at a time.
Pro account limit: 5 active Pro accounts at any given time.
Allowed
Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA): DCA is allowed during both the evaluation and Pro account phases.
News Trading: is allowed. Trading during news is not recommended as liquidity can drastically decrease and volatility can drastically increase, potentially leading to unfavorable fills. Exercise caution during these times.
Not Allowed
No hedging: It is prohibited to be long in one account and short in another account.
No High Frequency Trading (HFT): It is prohibited to use automated high-frequency trading.
To promote stable and responsible trading, we require consistency in your profit distribution throughout each payout cycle.
Pro Accounts: No single trading day may exceed 30% of your total simulated profit.
S2F Accounts: No single trading day may exceed 20% of your total simulated profit.
Minimum Trading Days
Pro Accounts require at least 8 qualifying trading days
S2F Accounts require at least 10 qualifying trading days
All accounts need minimum trading days within each rolling 30 day cycle to remain active
Monthly Accounts:
minimum 1 trading day within each 30-day billing cycle
That trading day must meet the minimum daily profit for your account size
Consistency is not required for this activity requirement
Lifetime Accounts:
To keep the account active and in good standing, you need 4 trading days
Each of those days must meet the minimum daily profit for your account size
Consistency is not required, only the minimum daily profit applies
Lifetime Accounts
Must complete at least 4 qualifying days per payout cycle
Must follow all trading rules and remain compliant
Minimum Daily Simulated Profit
Each trading day must meet a minimum profit threshold to count:
Account Size | Minimum Daily Profit |
25k | $100 |
50k | $200 |
75k | $200 |
100k | $300 |
150k | $300 |
300k | $400 |
Drawdown (Static & Trailing)
Pro accounts retain the same drawdown rules as their evaluation accounts. These include either static or intraday trailing drawdowns.
Drawdown (S2F - Straight To Funded)
S2F accounts use an End-of-Day (EOD) trailing drawdown, which only updates based on your highest balance at the close of each trading day. This provides more flexibility and reduces the likelihood of a loss due to intraday price movement.
Trading Day Definition
A trading day runs from 6:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET the next day
Trades placed during this window count toward the same trading day.
Minimum Account Balance & Maximum Withdrawal Limits
DayTraders evaluates traders based on consistency and performance. Meeting balance requirements is necessary to request payouts and remain eligible for progression.
Minimum Account Balance for Payout Requests
Pro Accounts (Full & Static)
Account Size | Min. Balance for Payout | Min. Balance After Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal per Request |
25k | $26,600 | $26,000 | $1,000 |
50k | $52,600 | $52,000 | $2,000 |
75k | $77,850 | $77,500 | $2,500 |
100k | $103,100 | $103,000 | $3,000 |
150k | $155,100 | $153,500 | $3,500 |
300k | $307,600 | $305,000 | $5,000 |
Example:
You have $53,000 in a 50k Pro account and request a $800 payout. After withdrawal, your balance is $52,200. Since this is above the required $52,000, the payout is approved.
S2F Accounts
Payout targets must be achieved between payouts:
Payout Targets | 25k Account | 50k Account | 150k Account |
Profit Target 1 | $2,000 | $3,500 | $10,000 |
Profit Target 2 | $1,500 | $3,000 | $5,000 |
Profit Target 3+ | $1,000 | $2,500 | $3,500 |
Max. Payout Request | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 |
How It Works
After each approved payout:
The payout amount is deducted from your account balance
Future targets are calculated based on the updated balance
Transition to Live Funded Accounts
At DayTraders, progression to live trading is based on performance.
Traders may be transitioned to a live account at any time based on performance and risk evaluation.
Performance and consistency are continuously reviewed by the Risk Team.
There is no guaranteed promotion. Consistency and rule adherence are required.
We currently transition around 1% of traders that come through the sim funded program.
Live Transition Payout Rule:
If you are moved to live during a payout and your total payouts exceed $10,000:
50% of the payout will be sent to your payout method
50% will be allocated to your live account
Specific account parameters will be discussed with a Risk Manager.
At minimum, 50% of your payout will be your MLL in live.
Account Failure Policy
Pro Accounts must pass the evaluation before entering funded status
S2F Accounts are activated directly but must remain compliant with all rules
Violations of rules can result in account failure and loss of eligibility
Final Notes
These rules are designed to:
