Can I Sign Up Under an LLC?
At this time, accounts must be registered under an individual’s name when signing up on DayTraders.com.
All users must sign up using their first name and last name
LLC or business names cannot be used during DayTraders account registration
Using an LLC for Payouts
If you wish to operate under an LLC or business entity, this is handled on the payout side, not during account creation.
LLCs can still be used when setting up payouts through Plane
This is where business details such as EIN may be required
Identity Verification Requirements
To complete your Pro Account agreement:
U.S. individuals must provide an SSN
Non-U.S. individuals must provide a passport or government-issued ID number
This is required for agreement signing and compliance.
Important Notes
You cannot register or convert a DayTraders account into an LLC after signup
All trading accounts are tied to an individual identity
No EIN is required on DayTraders.com
EIN or business verification may only apply when configuring payouts externally (e.g., Plane)
