When you placed an order for dcbel, you received a confirmation email. But don't worry, this is not the final confirmation. In order to ensure that you get the best possible service, one of our accredited Smart Home Integration Partners (SHIP)s will be visiting your home to provide you with a tailored and efficient confirmation.

During the site visit, they will help you size and plan for your solar and EV charging system, wire your home, and make sure all your energy needs are met. Additionally, they will be taking note of all the unique characteristics of your home, such as: where you are located and the unique characteristics of your home, the age and size of your electrical panel, the location where you want dcbel to be installed, your home’s unique configuration and how it was electrically wired when it was built.

They may be able to change or cancel the current reservation if you so choose.

After your SHIP takes note of the necessary information, they will send you a quote. This quote will outline the details of your order, plus any changes or cancellations that were made during the site visit.
