We're very excited to have achieved the UL certification milestone! Here is what to expect on how we will move forward and take the next steps.
We will begin serving customers in select territories within California and New York State in the upcoming months. We will be focusing on those customers who are interested in a fully integrated home energy solution, including the dcbel Ara, a solar energy system and a home battery (ESS). As our production expands, we will be adding additional territories as well.
dcbel will contact qualified customers when their delivery date is near and will connect them with Smart Home Integration Partners (SHIPs) who will help them integrate the system into their homes.
