If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your entries, here’s what you can do:
Current Members: If you are a current member, your entries are automatically recorded. Log into your member portal to check your entries.
New Members: If you are a new member and did not receive a confirmation email, please visit our help center and have a chat. Our support team will assist you in verifying your entries.
Note: Sometimes for Apple and Google Pay customers, the email confirmation goes to the accociated email for those payment accounts. Please check those as well if you haven found your ticket
