How to Add New References to the Library in DDS Dashboard

1. Access the Library Tab

  • Open DDS Dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Library tab located in the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Upload PDFs or Documents

  • Click the 'Create File' button at the top right.

  • Enter the title of your reference.

  • Click 'Choose File' to select a PDF or document from your computer.

  • (Optional) Add a tag to categorize the reference.

  • Click 'Save' to store the file in the Library.

3. Add a YouTube Video or Web Link

  • Click the 'Create Link' button at the top right.

  • Enter the title of your link.

  • For a YouTube video:

    • Go to the video on YouTube.

    • Copy the URL from the browser's address bar.

    • Paste the URL into the link field.

  • (Optional) Add a tag for easy reference.

  • Click 'Save' to store the video in your library.

4. Add a Direct Web Link

  • Follow the same process as adding a YouTube video.

  • Copy the URL of the webpage you want to link to.

  • Paste it into the link section.

  • Click 'Save' to store the link in your library.
