How to Add New References to the Library in DDS Dashboard
1. Access the Library Tab
Open DDS Dashboard.
Navigate to the Library tab located in the left-hand navigation panel.
2. Upload PDFs or Documents
Click the 'Create File' button at the top right.
Enter the title of your reference.
Click 'Choose File' to select a PDF or document from your computer.
(Optional) Add a tag to categorize the reference.
Click 'Save' to store the file in the Library.
3. Add a YouTube Video or Web Link
Click the 'Create Link' button at the top right.
Enter the title of your link.
For a YouTube video:
Go to the video on YouTube.
Copy the URL from the browser's address bar.
Paste the URL into the link field.
(Optional) Add a tag for easy reference.
Click 'Save' to store the video in your library.
4. Add a Direct Web Link
Follow the same process as adding a YouTube video.
Copy the URL of the webpage you want to link to.
Paste it into the link section.
Click 'Save' to store the link in your library.
