How to Assign an Employee to a Post on the Org Board

Step 1: Enter Org Board Editing Mode

  • Click the notepad and pen icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  • Look for 'edit mode' to appear at the top left of your screen to confirm you are in editing mode.

Step 2: Select the Post

  • Click on the post you want to assign an employee to.

Step 3: Choose an Employee

  • Select 'choose employees who report to this post.

  • From the list, select the employee you want to assign.

Step 4: Save the Assignment

  • Hit 'save' to complete the assignment.

  • The employee is now assigned to the post.
