How to Add a New Employee in DDS Dashboard
Step 2: Access the Employee Tab
Once logged in, locate the left-hand menu.
Click on the 'Employee' tab to access employee management options.
Step 2: Add a New Employee
In the Employee section, find and click the 'Add Employee' button located in the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter Employee Details
Fill in the required fields:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Step 4: Create Account for Employee
Check box "Create Account for Employee"
Choose Access Level or Role (choose appropriate role for the employee)
There are two permission levels: Admins and Users
Admins have full access.
They can create and edit anything within DDS Dashboard β including organization settings, employees, the org board, statistics, and more.
Users have limited access.
They cannot access the Organization Settings or the Employee section.
They also cannot edit the Org Board, or create or edit statistics.
Step 5: Save to Create Account
Click "Save" to create employee account
Employee will automatically receive an invitation Email
