Creating and Managing Statistic Groups in DDS Dashboard

1. Introduction to Statistic Groups

  • Overview of Statistic Groups in DDS Dashboard.

  • Purpose: Organize specific statistics for side-by-side viewing.

  • Use case: Ideal for staff meetings to highlight specific areas like production-related statistics.

2. Creating a New Statistic Group

  • Navigate to the Statistics tab on the left-hand column.

  • Click the plus sign labeled 'Create Statistic' at the top left.

3. Selecting Grouped Statistic

  • From the options, choose 'Grouped Statistic'.

  • Assign a name to your new group.

4. Adding Statistics to the Group

  • On the left, browse the list of available statistics.

  • Click the plus sign next to any statistic you want to include.

  • The selected statistic will move to the right-hand side, forming your group.

5. Reordering and Removing Statistics

  • To reorder statistics, click and hold the six-dot icon next to a statistic's name and drag it to the desired position.

  • To remove a statistic, click the trash can icon; it will return to the left side.

6. Saving the Statistic Group

  • Once satisfied with the arrangement, click 'Save'.

  • Your statistic group is now created.

7. Viewing the Statistic Group

  • Access your group using the Group Select drop-down menu.

  • Note: Statistic groups can display up to four graphs per column for a clean view.

8. Expanding Graph Space

  • To gain more space for graphs, click the left-facing arrow next to the group name at the top.

  • This action collapses the side panel.

9. Editing an Existing Group

  • To edit, select the group from the drop-down menu.

  • Click the Edit icon (notepad and pen) in the top right.

10. Modifying the Group

  • You can rename the group or add/remove statistics as needed.
