Creating and Managing Statistic Groups in DDS Dashboard
1. Introduction to Statistic Groups
Overview of Statistic Groups in DDS Dashboard.
Purpose: Organize specific statistics for side-by-side viewing.
Use case: Ideal for staff meetings to highlight specific areas like production-related statistics.
2. Creating a New Statistic Group
Navigate to the Statistics tab on the left-hand column.
Click the plus sign labeled 'Create Statistic' at the top left.
3. Selecting Grouped Statistic
From the options, choose 'Grouped Statistic'.
Assign a name to your new group.
4. Adding Statistics to the Group
On the left, browse the list of available statistics.
Click the plus sign next to any statistic you want to include.
The selected statistic will move to the right-hand side, forming your group.
5. Reordering and Removing Statistics
To reorder statistics, click and hold the six-dot icon next to a statistic's name and drag it to the desired position.
To remove a statistic, click the trash can icon; it will return to the left side.
6. Saving the Statistic Group
Once satisfied with the arrangement, click 'Save'.
Your statistic group is now created.
7. Viewing the Statistic Group
Access your group using the Group Select drop-down menu.
Note: Statistic groups can display up to four graphs per column for a clean view.
8. Expanding Graph Space
To gain more space for graphs, click the left-facing arrow next to the group name at the top.
This action collapses the side panel.
9. Editing an Existing Group
To edit, select the group from the drop-down menu.
Click the Edit icon (notepad and pen) in the top right.
10. Modifying the Group
You can rename the group or add/remove statistics as needed.
