How to use the Working Days Calendar to remove additional days from your Statistics outside your Practice schedule.

Using the Working Days Calendar in DDS Dashboard

1. Introduction to the Working Days Calendar

  • Overview of the purpose of the Working Days calendar.

  • It helps to exclude additional days (like holidays or special closures) from your practice's regular schedule.

2. Accessing the Working Days Calendar

  • Navigate to the Statistics tab in the left-hand column of the DDS Dashboard.

  • Click on any statistic to proceed.

3. Opening the Calendar

  • Locate the Working Days calendar icon in the top-right of the screen.

  • Click on the icon to open the calendar.

4. Selecting Days to Close or Open

  • Click on the days you want to close or open in the calendar.

  • Solid gray circles indicate days already closed based on your regular schedule.

  • Stripe circles show extra closed days that you've manually added.

5. [IMPORTANT] Understanding the Impact of the Calendar

  • Note that changes made in the Working Days calendar affect all graphs across the dashboard, not just the one currently viewed.

6. Finalizing Your Selections

  • Once you have made your selections, click out of the calendar.

  • Your selected days will now be excluded from all graph data moving forward.
