How to Use the Working Days Calendar

The Working Days Calendar allows you to remove additional days from your statistics, such as holidays, office closures, or other special circumstances that fall outside your normal practice schedule.

Accessing the Working Days Calendar

  1. Go to Org Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Hours & Calendar.

  3. Scroll down to the Working Days Calendar section.

Understanding the Calendar

The Working Days Calendar reflects your practice’s operating schedule and allows you to add additional closed days as needed.

Calendar Indicators

  • Solid Gray Circle – A day that is already closed based on your regular practice schedule.

  • Striped Circle – An additional closed day that has been manually added through the Working Days Calendar.

Adding or Removing Closed Days

  1. Click on any date in the calendar to mark it as closed or reopen it.

  2. Continue selecting the dates you would like to modify.

Important Information

Changes made in the Working Days Calendar affect all statistics and graphs throughout DDS Dashboard, not individual graphs.

Any days marked as closed will be excluded from statistical calculations, graph displays, and Goals moving forward.

Saving Your Changes

Once you have finished selecting your non-working days, the Working Days Calendar saves your changes automatically. You do not need to save your Organization Settings separately.

The dates you select will now be treated as non-working days and excluded from your statistical reporting and Goals.
