This outlines the steps to import a pre-built checklist into the DDS Dashboard for team use.
1. Access the Checklists Section
Open the DDS Dashboard.
Navigate to the Checklists section in the left-hand navigation.
2. Initiate Import Process
Click on Import from Document located in the top right corner.
3. Upload Your Document
You can either:
Drag and drop your file into the designated area.
Click Choose File to select a document from your computer.
4. Review and Adjust the Checklist
After uploading, DDS Dashboard will format the document into a checklist.
Click the Edit Checklist icon on the right to:
Review checklist items.
Adjust fields and item types.
Add or remove items as necessary.
5. Preview the Checklist
Click Preview to see how the checklist will appear to your staff.
6. Schedule the Checklist
Click Schedule to set the frequency of the checklist:
Choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or On Demand.
7. Assign the Checklist
Choose how the checklist will be assigned:
Individual Completion: Each employee must complete their own checklist.
Group Completion: Any employee can complete the checklist for the entire group.
8. Save the Checklist
Review all settings and click Save.
9. Checklist Ready for Use
Your imported checklist is now ready for your team to use.
