To use DE-CIX' Globe Peer or Globe Peer Remote you get an IPv4 and an IPv6 address for the selected locations peering LAN. As with all IP addresses, a domain name can be reverse-mapped to these IPs.

To choose a name for reverse-mapping, please keep the following rules in mind:

To enter reverse-mappings for your IP addresses do the following:

  • Select a Peering service from the Services page and click on the pencil button

  • Click again on edit

  • Enter reverse mappings in the "IPv4 addresses" and "IPv6 addresses" text field.

  • Click on "Submit"
