  1. Check the sales team in the deal: the selected salespeople and F&I managers will be mapped to the COM tab (right side of the screen, under CapSum, see image above)

2. Go to CapSum on the right of the screen and confirm that both the front/back gross are correct. Any manually typed cost adjustments will not be transferred to the commission tab. Select accounting cost adjustment from the sidebar to adjust the gross. Save the Cap Sum once you finish gross adjustment.

3. Once the user has finished reviewing the CapSum, go to the COM tab. It shows the calculated commission for each salesperson/FI manager. If the COM tab has been previously saved, and CapSum has been updated, click the “rebuild” button to reload the front/back gross. The commission will re-calculate.

4. If you want to adjust commission for a specific salesperson/FI manager, you can either adjust the percentage or the actual commission amount. To transfer the correct commission amount into the bookit tab, save COM. There is a commission report available by clicking the “Print” button.
