Creating a VPP (Vehicle Payment Presentation) template

You can now create separate VPP templates for both NEW and USED deals - this will help to speed up presenting payment options to your customers.


Step One: (New Vehicle template)


From deals tab, click the deal options icon

Click the + sign to create your template toolkit

Step Two:


Name your template and select vehicle type(s)
Select Deal type, Financial Institution, Program & Frequency

Enter your terms and Cash-down

Save your template (bottom right, green checkmark)
NOTE: FOR THE NEW VEHICLE TEMPLATES, APR will automatically be select from current OEM monthly program rates

Step Three: (Used Vehicle template)


Name your template and select vehicle type(s)
Select Deal type, Financial Institution, Program and Frequency

Enter your Terms and Cash-down

Save your template (bottom right, green checkmark)

NOTE: in this USED template example, different lenders and APR's can be displayed

Step Four:

Refresh your browser window to verify templates have been created or to make an necessary edits and/or adjustments.

From deals tab, click the deal options icon.

Click on VPP Menu Templates

Step Five: Using your new VPP templates!

Create deal and click on VPP icon.

PLEASE NOTE "Shared Template" logic

Template priority on how template is displayed.

1 Logged in user
2 Sales person selected on deal

3 Shared template

IF template is shared, all deskit users VPP (Vehicle Payment Presentation) will default to this shared template.
Example: Sales Manager creates a template and selected "Shared" all their sales staff will use this global template by default.


IF user creates their own template, a shared template will be not be used and user created template will be used when loading VPP (Vehicle Payment Presentation)
