stockit is a tool within deskit that allows the user to upload invoices into deskit automatically completing the stock-in process

1. Navigate to the Invoice tab

2. Select “Upload Invoices”

3. Locate invoice(s) you have downloaded in PDF format from your OEM (these cannot be scans or photocopies)

4a. If vehicle does not exist in deskit, Enter “Stock #” and click “Create A Vehicle”

4b. If vehicle was stocked into your DMS 1st, then stock# will automatically be displayed if the VIN is not a deskit vehicle status of Sold, TurnOver, Delivered, Closed, Not-Available.

PLEASE NOTE

* If successful you will see a “checkmark” and “Vehicle Created” message
reviewed the code, the logic is only matching stocknum

5. Navigate to the Inventory tab in deskit.

* Refresh your browser window to see newly stocked in vehicles.

6. Open vehicle, verify pricing, and add additional information (odometer, notes, etc.)

* OEM vehicle invoice is automatically saved for each unit stocked in.

7. stockit has the ability to accept multiple invoices contained in a single PDF.

* Download PDF of invoice from OEM (this file can contain multiple vehicle invoices)

Enter stock numbers for each unit:

Click “create a vehicle” on each unit individually.
Once complete you will notice STATUS = Processed (this vehicle is now loaded in deskit inventory)

Open vehicle in inventory tab and click Send To Reynolds icon.

Be mindful to check the vehicle audit log for any potential mapping errors & review vehicle in VMS.

Open vehicle details, by clicking on stock# directly from "invoice" tab OR navigate to "inventory" tab.
Click on "Send to PBS" icon, then click on "clock" icon to review logs.
You should see a "Blue" PBS vehicle create message.

Navigate to your PBS system and verify/review vehicle pricing & details are correct.
