Make sure deskit deal has following:

Turnover status
Turnover date

Delivery Date

Sales Person is added to deal

Transfer deal to ERA so your deskit deal has a Reynolds deal#

Click Toyota icon, which will open Toyota Info Stream UI
​Note: warning message will display any missing customer or vehicle information.
If information is complete, simply click on "Submit Credit" icon

Click on deal log and you will see "Credit App" success message.

On deal ledger under App Status you should see Pending

Log into Toyota Infostream

You should see APP:New for your customer.
Complete any additional steps in your infostream portal and submit app for approval.

Once approved, copy the TCI reference# and enter into deskit.
Click "Submit Contract" icon

If Toyota Wearpass is sold on deal in deskit, manual TCI selection is necessary before submitting contract

Advance Accessory

deskit products can be configured to transfer to TCI portal as "Advance Only".

These will display on the TCI Lease Summary contract.

Please contact support to have mapping updated.

TCI contract only has three lines for Advance Only

Credit App requires less details information

Credit Contract requires all customer/vehicle/deal information to process

deskit "delivery date" equals TCI contract date

Q: Why is deal successfully transferred to TCI, but I receive Residual options error on Contract Validation?
A: deskit accessory pricing / residual value logic is based on Toyota.ca.
If following error is received it most likely because there is a difference between what's listed on Toyota.ca compared to Toyota InfoStream.

Q: Why is deal successfully transferred to TCI, but I receive Contract contains error(s)?

A: There is a mismatch between deskit residual and what is listed on Toyota.ca (deskit needs to sync with Toyota.ca)

Q: Why is deal successfully transferred to TCI, but deferred gross from LEV on lease summary is non $0?

A: There is a mismatch between deskit residual and what is listed on Toyota.ca (deskit needs to sync with Toyota.ca)
