deskit is fully integrated with Chrysler FCA Service Contract Application
This integration is separated into two parts, e-rating / product eligibility & e-contracting.
e-rating / product eligibility
Product rating & eligibility logic require a valid vehicle VIN and your Chrysler SID to be configured in your deskit user profile.
Verify your Chrysler SID is configured by:
A: Contacting deskit support via our in-app chat
OR
B: Ask your dealership deskit administrator to configure for your deskit login.
Example: (setting located under, Setup, Users)
IF SID & VIN are not present, deskit will provide suggested pricing based on limited vehicle info.
Example:
IF VIN is not eligible, Chrysler integration will return following message.
Example: Either VIN already has product registered OR its not eligible for your vehicle
Product e-contracting
e-contracting is now a two step process.
Preview = This function will print contract for customer to sign, but NOT submit information to the DealerCONNECT portal.
Submit= This will submit information to the DealerCONNECT portal.
After Submit function is completed, you can review information in the DealerCONNECT portal.
