How to submit your VCI Credit Application Form:
Please note:
Volkswagen dealerships can only submit Credit Applications for Volkswagen vehicles
Audi dealersships can only submit Credit Applications for Audi vehicles
User has option to select Special Program.
After saving deal, you will see "Send to VCI" icon.
Pop-up will call out missing information, this must be completed before you can submit Credit Application.
Please note: PERSONAL INFO is READ ONLY & must be completed from the deskit customer on deal itself. (re potential tax implications).
Co-buyer can be completed from pop-up as there are no potential tax implications.
Once all warning messages are cleared you can submit your Credit Application Form.
VCI APP Statuses
Submitted
Received
Pending
(pending contracts are unable to be re-submitted until a decision is received from VCI)
Error
Declined
Approved
Withdrawn
App Num - Once received from VCI, the App Num can not be changed. Any updated re-submission will be applied to this App Num.
Please note that if customer name changes, a new deskit deal will need to be created to submit updates.
Credit Application status is also displayed on the deals ledger, APP STATUS column.
