To search for an employee:

Employees can be added and employee permissions can be modified in Dealerware Web. Employees cannot be added in Dealerware Mobile.

Only users with both the "Employee Permission Manager" and "Employee Manager" permissions will be able to add employees.

To add an employee:

  • Select Employees on the main menu

  • Select + ADD EMPLOYEE

  • Complete the requested information including first name, last name, email, and phone number (optional)

  • Select ADD EMPLOYEE

  • The employee will receive an email to create a password and activate their account

If they don't receive an email within a few minutes, be sure they check their spam folder and confirm Dealerware emails aren't being blocked. If they are still not receiving an email from Dealerware, submit a ticket.

Nissan and INFINITI Dealers: NNAnet Single Sign-On

Nissan North America (Nissan/INFINITI) has partnered with Dealerware to provide secure Single Sign-On (SSO) access through NNAnet. To use Dealerware at an NRC or ICV location, users must have an active NNAnet profile with the proper designation and position code. NNAnet users don't use the "To add an employee" steps above — employees at NRC and ICV locations can only be added through NNAnet, not directly in Dealerware Web.

  • See your NNAnet admin to ensure all team members are added to NNAnet.

  • Confirm each team member has the appropriate OEM Special Designation on their account - NRC Agent (Nissan), ICV Agent (INFINITI).

  • Each team member must have the appropriate position code.

  • NNAnet user profiles must be configured correctly to avoid access issues.

If you need to update your NNAnet User ID, please contact your dealership's NNAnet Admin, as Dealerware can't make changes to NNAnet configurations. If you can't reach your NNAnet Admin, we advise contacting NNAnet Support at 800-514-8061. Changes to NNAnet profiles take 24-48 hours to sync to Dealerware.
