After installing a Connected Car Device [CCD] and verifying connectivity, Dealerware automatically begins to track fuel and mileage.
However, the starting fuel and mileage levels may need to be calibrated depending on your vehicle manufacturer.
As a best practice, we recommend using Dealerware Mobile to confirm these levels after installing a CCD:
Search for the vehicle
Select Vehicle Status
Change to the vehicle status to Staged
Set fuel and mileage levels as shown in the vehicle
Select Save
Select Vehicle Status
Change the vehicle status to the desired status
